Bo Porytko is a Ukrainian American chef from Denver Colorado that is known for his imaginative take on nostalgia based food. Owner and operator of three beloved Denver restaurants (Rebel Restaurant, Misfit SnackBar, and Molotov Kitchen + Cocktails), chef Bo has long been considered one of the most innovative restauranteurs in Denver, with praise from 5280 magazine, Westword and the Denver Post, amongst others. Chef Bo was nominated as one of only 10 candidates nationwide for a James Beard award as “Emerging Chef” and his new restaurant, Molotov, was chosen in The New York Times one of the 50 best in the country. Chef Bo has also appeared on Food Network's Guy’s Grocery Games and won Chopped.
