1:15pm — Module 1: The Mash — Malting & Mashing: Hands-on lab. Build and test dbt models in BigQuery. Structure, test, and document raw data into something agent-ready
2:00pm — Module 2: The Boil & The Hop: Hands-on lab. Connect your dbt project to a Google agent and see how data quality affects agent outputs.
2:45pm — The Last Pour — Q&A & Raffle: Open Q&A, recap of what you built, and a live raffle. You must be present to win
3:15pm — Behind the Brewery — The Perfect Pour: A guided look behind the scenes at the Guinness Brewery with a guided tasting to follow.
4:00pm — The Debrief — Networking Lunch: Lunch with speakers, Google engineers, and the dbt community. Served until 5:30pm.
