Raini Laughlin

Raini is a former high school math teacher who spent ten years helping students land on their feet—no matter how many times the equations tried to knock them over. Now, they chase patterns and pounce on problems in the data world with the same curiosity that a cat brings to a cardboard box. Raini loves demystifying tech, untangling complexity like a ball of yarn, and making learning feel less like a lecture and more like a game of laser pointer tag. They’re thrilled to be helping others land their own “aha” moments as a Technical Instructor at dbt Labs.
