More than a data-delivery service: becoming a trusted advisor to your stakeholders
Friday, September 1811:15 AM PT
Much of what earns a data team trust happens in the conversations around the work.
This lightning talk covers what builds that trust: things like being clear about what you can deliver and when, and being honest about how much confidence the data supports before someone turns it into a story for an exec.
I'll walk through real examples from my own stakeholder relationships and what they have in common, starting from one question: what would you want if you were the person making decisions informed by the data? It's the part of the job that gets more valuable as the tools we use get better.
