Thomas Antonakis

Thomas Antonakis is Principal Analytics Engineer at Kaizen Gaming. Thomas studied Statistics in Athens and began his career in finance controlling before moving into BI and analytics, spending six years at ClickDelivery.gr and efood, including four leading the Greek BI team. In 2021, at ORFIUM, Thomas was introduced to the modern data stack and the Analytics Engineer role, which shaped his path from Staff to Principal BI Engineer. Since July 2025, Thomas has been at Kaizen Gaming, mentoring and technically leading an AE organization of 50 engineers. Thomas is also a co-organizer of the Athens dbt Meetup.
