She take a scientist’s approach to data modelling, experimenting until clear patterns emerge. Through working with many domain teams, Silja sees recurring challenges and focuses on solving them in a consistent, domain-agnostic way. She cares about designing data models that are not just correct, but also obvious, fast and maintainable.
