Sam Masling

Sam Masling is the AI Lead at Bilt Rewards, where he leads the adoption of AI tooling across engineering and builds the agentic infrastructure powering Bilt's internal systems. Working at the intersection of ML engineering, data platform, and AI evangelism, Sam has built out the recommendation, and search and ranking models behind Bilt's rewards experience while building the internal MCP servers, agents, and evaluation frameworks that scale AI adoption across the organization.
