Ritika Naidu

Ritika is a Data Architect with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling enterprise data platforms. Her career spans global institutions including ANZ, Citibank and Infor, where she developed deep expertise in complex, high-stakes data environments. For the past five years, she has been at Mitratech, where she helped build the data platform team from the ground up. In that role, she has consolidated analytics across Mitratech's diverse suite of products into a unified platform. She has been instrumental in establishing data governance and driving the adoption of engineering best practices across her team. Her core technical expertise centers on dbt and Snowflake, and she is SnowPro Core certified. Over her career she has worked hands-on with a wide range of databases, data integration tools, and BI platforms. Most recently, she architected the end-to-end design for data share generalization—"Data Share as a Service"—at Mitratech. This solution generalizes secure, scalable data sharing across the organization's product ecosystem. At the dbt Summit, Ritika will present on this architecture and the lessons learned from bringing it to production.
