Pooja Crahen is a Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering at Okta, leading a team focused on craft excellence, technical standards, and scalable data modeling practices. She is at the forefront of enabling her team with AI-assisted workflows, integrating AI tooling across the analytics engineering lifecycle to accelerate development and improve engineering quality. Her passion for bridging data and business outcomes drove Okta's implementation of dbt and transition to a modern data stack.
