With 20+ years of experience in data roles across higher ed and SaaS, she has a deep perspective on complex systems, cross-functional collaboration, and the evolving role of analysts in modern data organizations. She also participates in The View on Data, dbt Labs' company podcast. Outside of work, Paige lives in Portland, Oregon, with her partner Jay and three goofy cats, where she enjoys making custom emojis, setting fantasy sports lineups, and dabbling in mixed media art and printmaking.
