Millie Symns is a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Justworks who uses data to make strategic business decisions and data assets for all to use. With 7+ years across non-profit, education, and tech, she has created and implemented data solutions for complex questions and needs. As a dbt user for four years, she has been creating and managing hundreds of data models and always looks for more things to learn in the analytics engineering space. She is an avid part of the dbt community having won the dbt Data Analyst of the Year in 2025 and is a part of the founding dbt Champions cohort. When not in the data space, you can find Millie dancing, doing some art, or enjoying nature in the park.
