Maksim Romanchuk is an Analytics Engineer at WMCHealth, an 8-hospital health network in New York's Hudson Valley. His team builds and maintains the network's analytics platform using dbt, Snowflake, and Power BI - serving clinical and operational leaders across the entire healthcare system. He's currently leading AI adoption initiatives across the analytics and operational excellence teams, from agentic coding workflows to Snowflake Cortex integration for clinician-facing AI solutions. He recently presented "One Model, Two Pipelines" at the NYC dbt Meetup (~250 attendees at Datadog HQ).
