Jenna Jordan is a mission-driven data engineer in civic tech. As a Sr Analytics Engineer at Ratio PBC, she builds data systems that support public health initiatives and advises public sector clients on analytics engineering best practices. In past roles she has spearheaded the adoption of dbt core for the City of Boston Analytics Team, and served as an expert on dbt Mesh architecture and accompanying governance strategies. Jenna grounds her data work in information science principles, and brings a data librarian’s perspective to modern data teams. She has a Masters in Library & Information Science and learned to code at library school.
