James Dorado

James Dorado is the VP of Data at Bilt Rewards and has over a decade of experience across roles in Data and Finance. James joined Bilt in early 2024 and built out the data function for the organization including implementing Bilt’s first dbt project. He is experienced in implementing key elements of the modern data stack such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Materialize, Fivetran, Sigma, and leads Bilt’s strategic partnership with dbt as well as sitting on dbt’s Customer Advisory Board. Previously James held Analytics and Strategic Finance roles at Boxed, joining the company at an early stage and working with the CFO to build out the finance function and raising several rounds of private capital before creating the Analytics function and leading that team.
