Duncan Gilchrist is a co-founder of Delphina, the AI-managed context layer for enterprise data. He spent years leading data science at Uber, first running pricing for ridesharing and then marketplace science for Uber Eats — work where the modeling was rarely the bottleneck. What slowed teams down was everything the model didn't know about the business around it. Now he's building Delphina so that context stops living in a handful of people's heads and never outdated. A Harvard PhD economist by training, Duncan is excited about the power that AI has for data-driven decision making and elevating the role of data practitioners into strategic leaders.
