Célia Bru

Celia Bru is the Senior Director of Data and Analytics at KOHO, Canada's leading challenger bank. She leads a 20-person data function spanning analytics, analytics engineering, and data science. Under her leadership, KOHO's data team built one of the most mature dbt-based analytical platforms in Canadian fintech and adopted Claude Code from the start alongside the engineering org, running on AWS Bedrock. She is currently working to extend AI-native analytics to the entire KOHO organization. She reports to the Chief Growth Officer and serves as head of data for the organization
