Benoit Perigaud

Benoit is a member of the Developer Experience team at dbt Labs, working at the intersection of community, open-source development, and advocacy for dbt users. Recently, he has focused on improving the experience of using dbt with AI. His work includes contributing to the dbt MCP server and dbt Agent Skills, as well as running a benchmark comparing the performance of Text-to-SQL and the Semantic Layer when paired with LLMs. Previously, Benoit spent several years on the Professional Services team, helping companies deploy dbt at scale.
