Anikei Allen

Anikei Allen is Senior Community Manager (Events) at dbt Labs, leading community events and the global meetup program. She is focused on creating spaces where the global dbt community can connect, share knowledge, and build a genuine sense of belonging. Prior to dbt Labs, she worked at Shopify for six years, where she built and scaled community programs for entrepreneurs around the world and grew Slack engagement by more than 800 percent. Outside of work, Anikei can usually be found exploring Toronto's arts scene or chasing after her threenager.
