Adrien Ledoux

Adrien Ledoux is Director of Data Platform at EF (Education First), where he leads the team building and running the data foundation for one of the world's largest private education organisations. The stack runs on Snowflake and AWS, with dbt (Cloud and Core) as the transformation layer, Prefect for orchestration, and Power BI as the semantic and visualisation layer. Adrien is a firm believer in dimensional modelling and a vanilla by default approach: proven patterns over invented complexity. He treats the platform as a product and EF's data community as its users, and spends much of his time enabling that community, not just shipping infrastructure. Outside data, Adrien is a fine art photographer, selling limited edition prints and running workshops in Switzerland. Based in Zurich, by way of Paris, London & Leicester, he brings a photographer's patience and eye for the right moment to how he leads.
