dbt Summit Super Early Bird Swag Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Terms Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

  1. Sponsor. The dbt Summit Super Early Bird Swag Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by dbt Labs, Inc. ("Sponsor"), with its headquarters at 915 Spring Garden Street #500, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

  2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to individuals who: Register to attend dbt Summit during the Promotion Period; Legally reside in the United States, excluding residents of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and Venezuela; and are at least 18 years old as of the date of registration. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household of each are not eligible.

  3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on February 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on March 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

  4. How to Qualify. To qualify for the Promotion, individuals must complete a paid registration for dbt Summit during the Promotion Period. The first one hundred (100) eligible individuals who successfully complete registration during the Promotion Period will qualify to receive the promotional prize. Limit one (1) promotional prize per person. Registration cancellation, refund, or chargeback prior to dbt Summit may result in forfeiture of the promotional prize.

  5. Winner Determination. The first one hundred (100) eligible registrants during the Promotion Period will be designated as winners. No random drawing will occur.

  6. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at registration on or before April 10, 2026. Winners will receive an additional email approximately one (1) week prior to dbt Summit with prize pickup instructions. To redeem the prize onsite at dbt Summit, winners must present the notification email at the designated swag pickup location. The name and email in the notification must match the winner’s conference registration information.

  7. Prizes. Each winner will receive one (1) limited-edition dbt Labs swag. The prize must be picked up in person at dbt Summit. No substitutions, cash redemption, or transfers of prize permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

  8. Release. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates and agents from any liability arising from participation in this Promotion or use of any prize.

  9. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy: https://www.getdbt.com/cloud/privacy-policy.

  10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary to preserve its integrity.

  11. Disputes / Governing Law. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
