Hiring a diverse data team

Alexis uses curiosity, skepticism, empathy, and creativity to help people make data-informed decisions. She specializes in applying visualization, modeling, and analysis to separating symptoms from causes, expanding on ideas, and making the complex approachable.

Colleen has a Ph.D. in astrophysics, and has been obsessed with data for her entire life. She is determined to make engineering organizations better for both humans and business through mentoring, leadership, and streamlining processes. Her work on data, engineering, analytics, and diversity issues has led to her speaking and mentoring in a variety of venues in Boston and beyond.

A scientist by training, with years of experience in edtech and online media, Ilse brings curiosity, an innovative spirit, and a passion for doing meaningful work to data leadership. She is energized by building a global, collaborative team and workplace where everyone can thrive.

Meghan has spent the bulk of her career in the talent and people operations space. Prior to dbt Labs (formerly Fishtown Analytics), she spent time in both the VC and startup worlds. Meghan loves helping companies grow through their most valuable asset: their people!
