Analytics on your analytics

Emily is the data infrastructure lead at Drizly, managing the analytics team’s infrastructure and tooling such as dbt, Snowflake, and Looker. Prior to Drizly, she worked on analytics at Wayfair. She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Bentley University.

Using dbt's metadata on dbt runs (`run_results.json`) Drizly analytics is able to track, monitor, and alert on our dbt models using Looker to visualize the data. We will go through how we were doing this before, using dbt macros and inserts, and how we were able to improve the process using `run_results.json` in conjunction with dagster (and teamwork with Fishtown Analytics!)
